Purpose

The purpose of this ePortfolio is to:

• Discuss and demonstrate some of my learning as a student teacher,
• Discuss pre-service teacher issues such as assessment, critical reflection and behaviour management,
• Connect with fellow teachers and share knowledge and ideas,
• Showcase some of my work as a pre-service teacher through my ePorfolio of work.

McTighe and O'Connor (2005) list four questions a teacher should ask themselves:

1. What aspect of your work was most effective?
2. What aspect of your work was least effective?
3. What specific action or actions will improve your performance?
4. What will you do differently next time?

I hope to use these questions in my critical reflection which can be found detailed in each lesson plan and also on the Professional Standards pages on my ePorfolio.
